Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that can help people grow, heal and develop skills to help with a variety of mental health concerns and various life difficulties. Many people attend psychotherapy to help manage things like stress, personal relationships, anxiety, depression and grief.


Supervision

The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) defines supervision as a process in which a supervisor helps guide a supervisee through their therapeutic treatment with a client, the therapeutic relationship, monitor the well-fare of the client, explore safe and effective use of self, and facilitate professional development.

I see individual clients, ages 18+, and work with people struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief, and body image issues.
